Refund Policy

We offer replacements for damaged items, not returns or refunds. We will only replace the exact item and version you ordered, and you are responsible to return the damaged item within 30 days. The replacement product will be shipped back to the address that you originally provided without additional charges. It usually takes 3-5 days for your product to be shipped after your return request has been processed.
